Day of Empathy 2025

Join us for a powerful day of solidarity, storytelling, and collective action as we honor the voices of the wrongfully incarcerated, over-sentenced families, and all those impacted by systemic injustice.

Event Schedule:

12:00 PM – Volunteer Arrival & Setup
Help us bring the vision to life with early support from community partners and volunteers.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Gathering & Community Building

  • Community members arrive

  • Car decoration and visual storytelling

  • Food trucks and fellowship

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Tabling & Panel Discussions

  • Meet local organizations and justice-driven initiatives

  • Listen to a panel featuring:

    • Families of the wrongfully incarcerated

    • Supporters of police brutality survivors

    • CPAC and immigration advocates

    • LGBTQIA+ justice organizers

    • Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women & Girls advocates (including the Lussier family)

    • Free Palestine movement leaders

4:30 PM – 6:00 PM | Caravan for Justice

  • A peaceful, visual demonstration to amplify voices of the oppressed and raise awareness around wrongful incarceration, over-sentencing, and global injustice.
