Felicia leads all marketing communications efforts to drive visibility, engagement, and sustainable growth. She is building the organization’s first marketing infrastructure from the ground up—connecting T.O.N.E. U.P.s life-changing reentry services to the people who need them most while strengthening the systems that support long-term impact.
Her work bridges brand presence with donor and stakeholder trust. From campaign strategy to media partnerships, Felicia oversees everything from digital content and social platforms to sponsor communications and outreach. She’s also leading the development of a scalable marketing and fundraising model that positions T.O.N.E. U.P. for expansion.
Felicia brings over 8 years of experience in marketing strategy, business development, advertising, brand development, web and graphic design, and team leadership. She has built and led high-performing teams, directed large campaigns, and launched brand identities from scratch for mission-driven organizations and startups. As a former Marketing Director at Minnesota DEED and Founder of Art Piece Soul Gallery & Studio, she’s helped dozens of brands turn vision into momentum through strategic positioning and bold storytelling.
Her specialty is building marketing systems that do more than get attention or leads—they build trust, convert supporters, and scale impact. Her work ensures that T.O.N.E. U.P. is not only visible, but viable—backed by clear messaging, a strong digital presence, and the right mix of partners and sponsors to fuel its mission.
Felicia holds a B.S. in Advertising from The Art Institutes International Minnesota and certifications in Google Analytics, Google Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and Crisis Communications.
