Felicia Sherrod is a marketing strategist and brand architect with over a decade of experience leading public-facing campaigns that center people, equity, and community impact. As Chief Marketing Officer for T.O.N.E. U.P., she is architecting the organization’s first scalable marketing and communications infrastructure—building systems that elevate visibility, engage community, and expand long-term organizational reach.

She is also focused on diversifying funding streams through content strategy, brand storytelling, and the development of mission-aligned digital tools and community-focused products that support growth beyond traditional donations.

Felicia’s work ensures that those T.O.N.E. U.P. serves see themselves reflected in the message. She is building out the organization’s digital and traditional footprints—expanding its website, app presence, social media channels, press voice, storytelling strategy, and community engagement efforts—laying the foundation for a full-scale marketing team that will grow alongside the mission.

She brings deep institutional knowledge to the role, having led statewide marketing campaigns at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), where her work focused on workforce development, small business support, and public service outreach. She has also directed brand and program communications across culturally specific organizations, including American Indian OIC, Tierra Encantada, Evolve Family Services, and Summit Academy OIC.

Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the Art Institutes International Minnesota. Her approach blends structure with soul—elevating brands through community-rooted strategy, culturally responsive storytelling, and bold, people-powered campaigns.

While Antonio Williams leads as the visionary founder, Felicia translates the mission into strategy—crafting creative concepts, stories, and messages that ensure T.O.N.E. U.P.’s impact isn’t just seen but deeply felt across the Twin Cities and beyond.
