Liberation of Leaders Fellowship

Coaching & Mentorship for Justice-Impacted BIPOC Change-Makers

About the Program

The Liberation of Leaders Fellowship is a 12-week transformational program designed for formerly incarcerated Black and Brown men and women. Through one-on-one and group coaching, political education, and civic engagement, we challenge, heal, and uplift the leadership potential of those impacted by the carceral system. Our mission is to center wellness, rebuild confidence, and cultivate leadership rooted in justice and lived experience.

The Liberation of Leaders Fellowship prioritizes well-being—because healing is the foundation of power.

“Without T.O.N.E. U.P., I wouldn’t have been able to get to work. They repaired my car and reminded me that my story wasn’t over.”
