Your donation directly supports justice-impacted individuals in Minnesota. All contributions to the T.O.N.E. U.P. General Fund help us provide essential reentry services—including gas cards, bus cards, basic needs support, emergency rental assistance, and stipends for our volunteer fellows. Every dollar helps us walk with someone returning home and working toward stability. T.O.N.E. U.P. is a registered nonprofit and all donations are processed securely through Square.

  • Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt for your records.

  • Funds go toward direct support services—housing aid, transportation, job readiness, legal assistance—as well as outreach and advocacy programs like From the Block to the Ballot and Clean Slate Law education.

  • Absolutely. You can choose to give monthly, quarterly, or annually. Recurring donors are vital to sustaining our work all year long.

Donation Disclaimer Statement

A Note About Our 501(c)(3) Status
T.O.N.E. U.P. Inc. is currently in the process of becoming a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We officially began this process in March 2025 and anticipate full approval by early fall 2025.

At this time, donations are not yet tax-deductible. However, once our status is confirmed, any contributions made during this period will be retroactively tax-deductible. We’re committed to transparency and will notify all donors once the exemption is finalized.
