At T.O.N.E. U.P., we provide healing-centered re-entry support for formerly incarcerated Minnesotans ready to rebuild their lives. Our work is rooted in mentorship, community, and systems change. We believe re-entry is not just about surviving — it’s about reclaiming your future. Here’s how we help:

We Offer:

    • One-on-one re-entry support rooted in healing, identity, and accountability

    • Group coaching focused on goal setting, leadership, and transformation

    • Ongoing fellow mentorship and community connections

    • Emergency housing referrals and transitional placement support

    • Advocacy and partnership with second-chance landlords

    • Guidance for securing stable, long-term housing

    • Resume development, interview prep, and job search assistance

    • Employer partnerships and second-chance job leads

    • Training referrals for high-demand careers and trade programs

    Civic Engagement & Advocacy

    • Voter rights restoration and political education

    • Leadership training for formerly incarcerated organizers

    • Opportunities to lead through our From the Block to the Ballot initiative

    • Referrals to trauma-informed therapists and peer support groups

    • Wellness coaching with culturally competent providers

    • Healing circles that center voice, restoration, and growth

    • Help understanding your rights under Minnesota’s Clean Slate Act

    • Support with the expungement process and ID/document recovery
