Empowering Second Chances. Building Stronger Futures.
T.O.N.E. U.P.
WHAT WE DO
T.O.N.E. U.P. (Teaching Ourselves New Examples to Uplift People) is a nonprofit led by individuals directly impacted by incarceration—people who have lived the barriers to reentry and now build the pathways to overcome them.
We support justice-impacted individuals and their families through pre-release planning, post-release stabilization, and long-term community reintegration.
